CANCELLATION POLICY
Shirah Esthetics has a 15 minute grace period. If you think you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, it is the client's responsibility to let your technician know that you are running late. In the case of tardiness of more than 15 minutes, your appointment may have to be rescheduled, and you will be charged a $10 late fee to the final bill. If a client cancels the same day or service has to be rescheduled due to tardiness, a $25 cancellation fee will have to be paid before making a new appointment. In the case of a “NO-CALL, NO-SHOW”, the client’s card will be charged 40% of selected service. This policy ensures that all clients will receive the proper time and care they all deserve!
